Content Designer

You will shape the words inside our clients’ products — the labels, the empty states, the error messages that decide whether someone recovers or gives up.

This is a part-time role of three days a week, with the flexibility to arrange them as suits you.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit interface copy across client products
• Build and maintain tone-of-voice guidance
• Work with designers from the first sketch, not at the end
• Test copy with real users where the stakes justify it

Requirements

• Demonstrable UX writing experience
• An eye for the sentence that can be cut
• Confidence working without a finished design
• Familiarity with content design systems
