Product Designer

You will own the design of one product area end to end — the research that frames the problem, the flows that solve it, and the interface that ships. You will work alongside one engineer and one product manager, and you will be in the room when scope is decided.

We are looking for someone who designs the failure states as carefully as the happy path, and who would rather run five short interviews than argue from first principles.

Responsibilities

• Own discovery, design and delivery for a product area
• Run lightweight research and share what you learned
• Contribute to and maintain the shared design system
• Pair with engineers through implementation, not just handoff

Requirements

• Three or more years designing digital products
• A portfolio showing your reasoning, not just final screens
• Comfort with ambiguity and with changing your mind
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards
